Zinfandel has been planted in Redwood Valley since the 1800's; the benchland soils and dry Mediterranean climate produce plentyful, hearty grapes. Our Zinfandel has berry aromas and is fruit-foward with a spicy finish. Pair with cheese manicotti or Moroccan lamb and dolmas. Total sulfite, naturally occurring: TTB analysis, <5ppm.
